A dialogue with a customer

CNET, TripAdvisor, Review Centre, Amazon and many other websites give consumers the chance to comment on the products or services they are using. This way, consumers are sharing their experiences with each other and offer advice on the best way to get value for money.

It all seems innocent and you might think ‘so what? A few negative posts about my product won’t change how my customers feel about my brand. Nobody is really listening, right?’ Wrong!

As it turns out, consumers trust the opinions of other customers for their honesty, impartiality and reliability. This trust is 3x stronger compared to information received from a company itself. The reviews reinforce their decision to buy just as much as convince them NOT to buy. So it’s not nobody, it’s everybody is really listening! Are you?

At Intersperience we are interested in what consumers think and we have asked their opinion, listened to their suggestions and thought about the concept of consumer reviews from the business perspective. We thought we will put together a few tips on how businesses can embrace the power of consumer reviews and use them to their advantage. Have a look below.

What is your response? ‘Review’ our blog and share your thoughts below. Your customers would!

I just ordered this prucdot last week and have already lost 6lbs. I can tell it's not just water weight because my pants fit better. Will keep you posted on how things go.
